IF
A LIBRARY IS A GARDEN OF IDEAS,
WHO TENDS THAT GARDEN?
FRIENDS!
The Friends are a non-profit volunteer support
group for
Yuma
County Library District libraries.
The Friends support the efforts of the public libraries. They
encourage
the
use of libraries, are library advocates and provide funds
for
special projects. They sponsor fundraisers,
including
book sales with used books at great prices.
The Friends group at the Main Library in Yuma supports the
efforts of all the District Libraries. The Foothills Branch
library and the Wellton Branch library each have active Friends
groups. See their information below.
